Just wrapped up a two-night stay in the King Room with Lake View. Loved the stunning sunrise views and how quiet it was! The breakfast spread was yummy, and John made us feel right at home. Only downside was a tad too warm at night.

We stayed for 7 nights in the King Room with Lake View. The place was super clean and had a lovely smell throughout. Daily bed linen changes and quality towels made it feel special. John and Fiona were great hosts, always balancing chat and privacy perfectly. I’d definitely recommend this spot!

Perfect family getaway by the lake!

We stayed for 5 nights and loved every moment. The King Room with the lake view was stunning, especially at sunrise! The outdoor dining area was perfect for enjoying breakfast amidst the beautiful scenery. Just wish there were more options for snacks in the evening. a beautiful place to relax and reconnect with nature.

The mattress felt a bit firm, which might not suit everyone's taste. While there is a fan available, it's rather noisy and may disrupt sleep. At night, even with all heating turned off, the room tended to get pretty warm—great insulation, just not ideal for summer sleeping.

Balachladaich loch ness b&b is a lovely property located near a private loch side beach, which is perfect for scenic photography. the king room with lake view was super clean, and it smelled fresh throughout. john and fiona were wonderful hosts.
